What A Buyer Agent Does For You
Your home—or an investment
property—is a huge purchase. Hundreds of thousands of dollars may be involved.
You don’t want to go it alone. And there’s no reason to...
In a typical real estate transaction,
it’s the property sellers who pay agent commissions. So, if you’re a buyer and
not taking advantage of the services of an agent, you’re missing a no-cost
opportunity to have your best interests represented. As your buyer’s agent, I
will go to work for you by:
Finding properties that make good investments for you—One of the most
time-consuming and frustrating aspects of real estate investing is finding good
deals. They’re out there but they’re not as plentiful as they used to be. In
addition to MLS access, I have vetted and developed relationships with
wholesalers and off market deals. We’ll sit down and determine the criteria
you’re looking for and I’ll search all my resources to find you properties
worth looking at.
Submitting and negotiating offers—Whether you’re a seasoned
a real estate investor or a first-time homebuyer, you need a trustworthy and
knowledgeable agent to submit offers and negotiate deals for you. As a real
estate investor, I know the local markets and can help you make offers that get
accepted. While many agents don’t want to “waste time” with offers below asking
price, I know that investors need to make a profit and I’m happy to present and
negotiate offers on your behalf.
Recommending contractors, home inspectors, lenders, tenant screening
services, title companies—I’ve been there, done that. I’ve learned from good and bad
experiences who to work with and who to avoid. I’m happy to share my experience
and help you find and hire trustworthy, honest, reasonably-priced and
hard-working professionals.
Bottom-line: I will represent YOUR interests in every aspect of
each and every deal.
